We adopted two kittens from SARL that were well taken care of and loved. The kittens were exactly as described and in great health. The employees and volunteers spent time with the animals and worked with the kittens on correct behaviors. I will happily adopt from SARL again in the future!

We had the BEST experience at SARL adopting our new two fur-babies. We had contacted many shelters in Mass who were swamped with applications and had no time to even respond. Robin who is in charge responded the same day we put in our request for an appointment. We were given an appointment time to meet all available cats the very next day! When we arrived, Tiffany the cat coordinator, couldn't have been more patient with us, and was very knowledgeable explaining the different personalities of the cats. This was quite helpful to ensure a good match. We were allowed to interact with the cats in 3 different rooms vs cages, and never felt rushed. As a result, Tiffany helped us get the perfect sister kitties! The shelter is less than an hours drive from the Boston area. I can't say enough how helpful all the staff was in making this a wonderful adoption.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again very soon to get another dog. The staff listened to everything I said and answered all my questions I was kind of weary I really didn't want to get another dog after our dog passed away I didn't feel right. I went with my son because he really wanted a dog and he was still sad over the loss of our dog. We got there the staff was great and very knowledgeable and when they brought her out I fell in love with her the moment I saw her. She is a big baby and loves to snuggle Her name is Ella and I can't imagine life without her. Thank you.

Thank you for asking. We are unable to use food that is not sealed. However, we do provide open cat food to our feral feeder community. Thank you.
You can visit our website for all available animals www.sarlnh.org. Thank you.
Currently we are not offering low cost spay/neuter services. Our website has a list of resources for you. Please visit www.sarlnh.org Thank you.
Hi Nikki Thank you for reaching out and asking. Due to our space limitations, we are unable to accept your donation. Thank you for checking and thinking about our shelter. We appreciate it.
Thank you for your inquiry, but we do not use that product.
Please contact your local Animal Control Officer.
At Cats Tails in Seabrook,, NH There is a fee of $220 for a kitten. The kitten would be spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on its shots. My friend and I just adopted a kitten 😸 and we have one and have to go back this week to get the other. They are 4 months and up. I dont know how much it was for a cat but it wasn't much cheaper. At Salem Animal Rescue League, we went there and I do not remember how much they were but I do remember the price was up there also and there were not many kittems at all to choose from when we went.
You can see what animals they have available on their website and on petfinder.
I believe it's 14 with an adult.
No
Have to call to make an appointment to surrender an animal.
Thank you for your question. You will find low cost spay/neuter facilities on our website. Please visit www.sarlnh.org.
do you know low cost vets for retired people
Stop in an see what the need is. Volunteers of time, talent and funds are alway welcome, a little or a lot.
Have you actually BEEN to Salem Animal Rescue League? They're hardly rolling in the dough there. They do a FANTASTIC job with the animals considering the limited resources they have. Vet bills and pet food doesn't pay for itself. They need to be able to operate financially. I was happy to give them my money when I adopted my cat. They do great work there.

Paula your question would. I feel be better if youu called and talked to one of the workers there
Of course they take care of them. As someone who has adopted from there, I highly recommend them. Not quite sure what the point of your question was. Why don't you volunteer your time helping animals instead of posting stupid comments.
I would definitely call them. Because this is not the place for that question
