DO NOT RECOMMEND! Don’t even TRY! Extremely unprofessional STAFF. Altamonte Location 👎🏻 First visit we got an biopsy, after three weekS we went to see results, we were told we needed surgery. We were told that the surgery team was going to give us a call back, if not then we needed to call to schedule a surgery. We called back in 5 days, left messages several times, never received a call back. We went in person to the Altamonte office to ask about the surgery appointment and the reception lady (a blond heavy girl) told us that our health insurance does not cover our surgery but it does cover the appointments. So we asked her what we should do. She said that we need to wait for next appointment to ask the DOCTOR. Same day in the afternoon we receive a call for a surgery appointment. We notify the lady over the phone what the receptionist told us earlier that day, that our health insurance does not cover surgery. She said that she shouldn’t told us that at all. She called the Altamonte Office but nobody answered, she was going to call us the next day to follow up and never call us back. SURGERY was never scheduled. Today we got our appointment, we explained what happened to us to the DOCTORS assistance, she communicated to the DOCTOR what happened. When she came back she gave us another phone number to make a surgery appointment since it is really hard to get hold on to the surgery staff and that she Was NOT sure if what we told her was TRUE OR FALCE, she literally told me “ I am not sure who is telling the true”. Since I told her that the FRONT lady told me that they don’t take the health insurance and apparently they do. VERY unprofessional, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR communication skills, NEVER COMING BACK!

This people just want to get you in to charge the insurance. I called to make an appt and shared what I was experiencing. She made me an appt. I called before the appt to make sure they actually would treat me and she said yes. I get to the office and within 5 mins the PA says that I needed to go to a plastic surgeon, plus I was not told I was hoing to see a PA beforehand. I have been calling for weeks to get a hold of the office manager to make her aware of the situation and no response from anyone. Outrageous!

IF I could give 0 I would. I arrived to my schedule appointment at 3pm. I been waiting for this appointment a month. When I call to schedule this appointment they took all my information and my insurance information. They told me that everything was ok with the insurance. When I arrived to the office after waiting almost 25 minutes I was told that they do not take the insurance. Horrible services to patient. Dont you "run" the insurance for verification before the appointments!. As a doctor myself I will STOP sending patients to this facility. What a waste of time!.
