After having a decent relationship with this location for a couple of years and paying an absolute absurd amount of interest, I refuse to further do any business with them. Their assistant manager Paul is a petty, little man. He lies to customers and absolutely lowballs anyone he can every transaction. I have paid thousands in interest over time and Cash America has lost my business over $20. According to Paul, "he told me we couldn't do more because you've been losing pawns." I'm not sure who "he" is, his manager, GOD or what but I asked him to pull up my record and tell me exactly what I've lost but he wouldn't because I haven't lost anything. "Well, I have to go by what he says" well, you do that, homeboy. Why someone like that was put in a position like that is beyond me. Maybe he has really soft hands, idk

The assistant manager needs to be fired because he's an a hole. First he noticed a little paint on my tool and said that it was leaking grease despite the fact that that tool doesn't use grease only oil. He refused to take any of my tools after that well I ended up getting over $400 from another location. Don't go to this location if you can help it.
