The management company here has been terrible for 2 yrs. The HOA needs to be careful when they hire people to run this place. It is finally getting better... Thank goodness. It's the owner's/ landlords that are the ones that make this place so bad because they never want to fix anything or invest anything in these condos... Rent is extremely high and they haven't been updated in 20 or 30 or more years. And then you have trash tenants make the place look like trash.

I dont know...its not a good property to live on...maintenance is horrific...i dont recommend it...location is the best thing going for it
