Very unprofessional. As a resident who lives here I can’t even walk to my unit without getting dirt all over my shoes or feet when I’m wearing sandals. They decided to block the whole entrance and block the whole road of Buoy lane, I have to park almost 300 yards away just to get to my unit, they can’t even finish one little section and now they have to start this whole massive section. My significant other who is in a wheelchair can’t even wheel herself over the dirt or get to the unit safely by herself because of how far she has to park just to get to our unit. Seriously thinking about the legality of this and those who are handicapped.

I’m a new owner in this community. The new staff particularly Tommy in the office have been very professional and easy to work with. The maintenance guys all have a real sense of community and really care about what they do. Very pleased I decided to make this my home.

Amazing, Friendly and helpful. I have renewed my lease for the 2nd time now. They really care, when the Gym equipment broke, they fixed it right away. They are constantly doing more and more. I saw 1 bug in my unit and they sent pest control the next week. I have not seen any more. I know being in a multi family building it can be difficult keeping critters out, but they really do care here. All I have to do is let them know what the problem is.
