Service there takes forever. And oil change is an easy 3 hours. I will never, ever bring a car there again. I have never been to a slower and seemingly less organized shop. Truly an awful experience.

"Would you please quote replacing the shift cable on my 2004 Toyota Tundra?" "We need to look at it first" What do they need to look at to quote a shift cable replacement? Then they charge me AN HOUR OF LABOR to diagnose... the shift cable. Something you can clearly see, with the naked eye, from 10 yards. I didn't ask you to troubleshoot or diagnose anything, I asked you to replace my shift cable. Is that not allowed? Can I not simply pay parts and labor for a service that I know needs done without paying you an hour to tell me what I know? Do I need to pay an hour of diagnostics to have an air filter replaced too? RIDICULOUS.

I had a flat tire and I needed a patch done. I dropped my car off at 12 and to be fair I was a walk in with no appointment. I never received a call from anyone when my car was done. Eventually I took it soon my self and showed up at 6:45 for 2 guys to tell me they close at 6 when there hours online clearly say they Close at 7pm I even showed them this and they said they don’t have anything to do with that but then both walked out and locked up shop at 7:00. And to top all of this off I had matching blue valve stems to match the car/wheels and they lost one. I can understand when people get busy but one guy promised 2 times he would call when the vehicle was ready I was waiting for 7 hours just for a patch.

Good idea, however check with store sometimes they have immediate openings.
