A friend of mine came home after recovering from from COVID. I understand that no one from the company would come inside the home, but some components could have been connected for her, she had no knowledge or strength to figure this out. As an ex RT, I was glad to assist. One tank was delivered empty and they were adamant that the tank was full. This was not a great experience with this company.

This place and its employees do not care about their patients well being! Jessica who answers the phone actually lied to me! Then a male employee suggested my mother buy equipment off of Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace! That’s unsanitary! They never once explained options to my mother so she could purchase one outright! So do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company for your home oxygen needs!!
