Visionworks is an excellent glasses shop with excellent, excellent employees. My family has gotten glasses from Nicole for years and she is very skilled. It's a shame they no longer have a full lab at this location, but they still are one of the best shops for coatings and unique tints. My only issue is they recently stopped carrying high-index bifocals, which is really frustrating and I wish they would start carrying them again.

These guys are wonderful! I had some trouble finding a pair of frames that worked with my strong prescription. One pair caused me physical pain. They quickly ordered me a different pair and adjusted those frame to not be so painful until the new ones arrived. The second pair just would not adjust. Again, they made this pair as comfortable as they could while we ordered another pair. Third time was a charm!!! This last pair fit like a glove, so to speak, without any adjustments needed! The manager, and I believe the third key, were fantastic throughout this crazy journey. They didn’t always have the answers but didn’t give up on me! They kept troubleshooting and never thought my requests or issues were invalid, a rare treat in customer service today. The result is a happy customer with a great pair of glasses! *thank you again ladies!*
