Has there been any improvement in services from this location? My insurance gives me discounts here. But, seeing the reviews, I'm scared to even try them. Especially if I will have to deal with someone like this Karen that is mentioned.

There has been some improvements, yeah... I haven't seen Karen in a while so I believe she no longer is there... could be wrong though... other than Karen, this is an epic place to get glasses, and repairs!

I don't know who Karen is, but I've been there a few times recently and everyone has been very friendly and helpful!
