*wish 0 was an option* This evening (5:30pm to be exact) my boyfriend and I decided to visit Grays for the first and last time. After shopping for about 15 or so minutes we decide to leave and felt like ordering some food to go from the beer garden. Little did we know the second we stepped off their property our car was going to be towed. We felt like it would be okay to grab our food real quick being that Grays was closing in 15 minutes anyways. After being in the beer garden for no longer than 20 minutes we return to our car missing??? After finally getting ahold of the tow truck company we learn that we will have to pay $400 plus a $45 Uber just to get our vehicle back. The company had our car in their possession for less than 30 minutes.. $400 is an absolute scam. Greys claims they love their community yet how are they scamming us out of half our months rent. This type of business doesn’t deserve their communities support. I’m sorry to everybody else that have been a victim of this company.

I read many reviews on Yelp complaining about being towed. All the spot have multiple signs warning that it is for customers only. There is absolutely no way anyone could mistakenly park there. They had a great variety of plants, the staff was very knowledgeable & very helpful. I could not find some specific plants I came for and there were available staff that assisted me

Very good service, had exactly what I wanted, vegetable seeds heading into winter. A little more expensive, but they had them. Worth the difference.
