I recently went to Willamette Artisans in Eugene, OR to get my wife's wedding ring fixed, as it has a pearl on a post that keeps coming off. While there, I interacted with Matt who provided a few suggestions that made a lot of sense. These included the possibility of texturing or elongating the post, and he even noticed that a small diamond had fell off the ring (which I didn't). I was highly impressed by Matt's customer service and attention to detail. Matt has a very natural way of interacting with customers and explained his thoughts and ideas in a very coherent, digestible way, which I've found to be a rarity from dealing with other jewelers. I felt very comfortable and well-taken care of when speaking with him, and confident that my wife's ring was under the best care. If you happen to need any jewelry repairs, I would highly suggest Willamette Artisans, and even more so requesting to speak with Matt specifically.
