If you can avoid interacting with the lady that works there, the experience is really great! Unfortunately I was let down after getting her on the phone after finding out that my rivet set was missing 11 washers. She said to try a hardware store. 11 copper washers(burrs) at the hardware store costs $3.30 almost half the cost of the product I bought from Oregon leather. It would have been nice to her say “no worries sweetie, come on in and we will give you 11 washers”.

Yes we do! We sell belt blanks of both veg-tan and latigo in a variety of sizes, and can even cut custom widths, lengths, and sometimes colours depending on stock. We also have employees and craftsmen on staff that are happy to answer your questions and help.
Nothing is officially made within the shop but may be able to assist with custom belt sizes.
