This apartment complex is awesome! I toured here just last week and the staff was super warm and welcoming, especially Martin. He was very informative when we asked questions and patient as we toured many units. The champagne in the model fridge was a nice touch too! Highly recommend checking this place out

Such a great apartment complex to live in with a wonderful team. Aside from the beautiful building and interior, the management team and leasing agents make this space such a lovely place to live at. When deciding to live here my agent Martin made sure I had every bit of information I needed to make my decision. He was so warm and welcoming and easy to communicate with. Really appreciated him and his team!

I’ve lived here for a while now and I can confidently say that Highgrove. Not only is my apartment spacious and comfortable. The amenities are better than any apartment building I’ve lived in and the staff are kind, dedicated, and easy to talk to. For the value Highgrove offers I cant believe how affordable the apartments are. This is probably the best value in North Austin. Don’t hesitate to reserve your spot.

I didnt want to write up a bad review, but it pushed me to the limit. Cons - 1) Delay in construction Honestly this has been a major frustrating experience. Ever since I signed the lease 3 months ago, they keep pushing the start date every week, from Sep 1st to now Oct 26, and God knows when finally we will be able to move into our final apartment. I just wish they did their due diligent on giving out timeline realistically, I would much rather prefer them to tell me hey you can't move in before Nov 1 two months ago then continuously raising the hope with new timeline and killing it soon after, their move in update just became a massive joke. This sort of aggressive marketing strategy hurt the resident big time. 2) surrounding neighborhood doesn't feel safe and it doesn't feel safe to go out for walk nearby. 3) Gym is small and can get crowded in peak time. 4) Lacks security cameras. 5) Apartment complex is very lax in security, since it's not a gated community anyone can piggyback on residents use the amenities. 6) Hallways are not always clean and residents doesn't clean up after themselves. Pros - 1)People in the leasing office has been kind and respectful. 2)Monthly community event
