The weekly schedule pick up is always good with no problems. This is directed to the owners of the company. I was being given the run around when I wanted to make a complaint against one of your employees, "Rebecca " she was so rude and condescending to the point of yelling at me. I think you should listen to the recording to prove my point. No person must less a customer should be treated like that. If you allow your employees to act this way and speak to anyone that way,then shame on you.

The drivers Lie about trash cans not being out so that they can collect a 11 dollar surcharge for coming again to pick up a trash can that has been out there for days. CALMET WAS 100000 times better than these clowns.

We were forced to take them as a service because of a city wide mandate. The prices were the same. Then a few months later, they increase the charge substantially! They have us over a barrel because we are not allowed to choose our trash provider. This is truly highway robbery! There is no room for negotiation allowed!

Our HOA has used NASA for many years now. They do a great job. When there have been some problems, they are rectified quickly. For example, we had a hole in our bin and it was leaking. The very next trash day, a new bin was delivered. Very rare to find a company that is so responsive.
