Consider this the studios start at 1200-1300 last I knew. They do have over a year waiting list before we moved in March of this year.
It varies on price, I wanna say singles are around $1,500 and doubles begin around 2,000. Also the wait list varies on what type of appartment you want, sometimes they have immediate availability, others it might be a month or two
