Overall, Arcos was a great place to live, especially after the building sold and it was transferred to a new management company (Bainbridge). Prior to Bainbridge, I would not be writing such a great review ;-) The management staff that took over was amazing -- professional, helpful, reasonable, and they went above and beyond to help and to understand -- always keeping in mind the customer (aka the residents). I would recommend Arcos. I recently had to break lease and move and they were nothing but easy to work with and making my move very simple. Thank you, Arcos / Bainbridge Team! Keep up the great work.

What a wonderful place to live! We have lived here at Arcos for the past 15 months and DO live in paradise. This place has it all. The location is the best with everything downtown has to offer at your doorstep. The facilities are top shelf, from the pool to the gym to the business center and common area. Our dog loves it here! The apartments are new, clean (no bugs in Florida, really) and spacious. The entire Arcos team is very responsive and so friendly. Maintenance requests have been handled within hours and emails are answered quickly. We love our life here and apparently so do our friends because our guest room is rarely empty.

I have never been one for apartment style living but this place has definitely changed my mind! It's more like a small community with friendly neighbors and is very pet friendly. There are secure parking and building entrances. Plenty of places for parking. Management and maintenance teams are responsive and professional. My favorite amenities include the heated pool, sauna, and the self service doggie "spa"! The location is perfect, close to all the best restaurants.

I had a great experience touring ARCOS over the weekend! Amber was excellent and went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service and even gave me ideas and recommendations for the area! The property is beyond amazing! If your looking for a new home in the downtown area within walking distance of so many things this is your place! Check it out!
