This is a great place to live. I've been here almost 8 yrs. The grounds are well maintained and always clean. The management team has been prompt and professional in dealing with the few maintenance issues I've had; actually, they exceed expectations. Sara, Nicole, and the rest of the team do a great job here. With the highway, downtown, and the beach minutes away, I'd have to say this is a sweet location.

The neighbors are good, but most of the apartments are run down. Not horribly but for the price it's not worth it. Bugs are a big problem too. They come and spray inside and out but ants, fruit flies, and roaches are still always around. The management isn't very helpful. Seems like the tenants are more of a nuisance.

The buildings themselves are not bad at all. They are roomy, with decent square footage for the price, and the neighbors are usually pretty decent. My next door neighbor became a friend, however I had to call the cops a few times while living there. With very little sound barrier between the upstairs and downstairs apartments, you can hear too much. As far as the management goes, I have no kind words for them. They will smile and be very friendly in the beginning, but once you're in, it's a whole different story. Maintenance requests taking too long to get done if they follow through, coming into the apartment when specifically asked not to while we weren't home and had an appointment already set, and Management trying to scam us. Yes.. they succeeded. If you're in a bind and need a place, it's not a bad option. Be wary of the management, take photos of EVERYTHING, and take note your correspondence with them. Don't fall into the rabbit hole I did. Refer to the Landlord and Tenant rights in the Florida Statutes if you need to.

I would like to preface this review by saying that I have only lived in this community for about a week, but this week has been great. The interior of my new apartment is beautiful. I am glad to say that this aspect of this apartment has vastly exceeded my expectations. I will say I wasn't a huge fan of the community in general when I first moved in, but it has grown on me so much in just the short time I've lived here and I can honestly say I've never felt so at home in a new apartment. I have put in three service requests in the week that I've lived here and all three were addressed by the very friendly maintenance staff within 24 hours and resolved entirely. The staff in the leasing office as well has been so helpful and friendly, they are eager to help with any questions or concerns my girlfriend or I may have. If anything changes I will be sure to update this review but so far, so good!
