My husband had intense back pain and couldn’t breathe so I called 911 and he was taken here by ambulance. After hours of waiting (with our three year old with is) for results of blood tests and X-rays, a nurse came by and said they were just waiting on radiology because something in his bloods came back off. The doctor didn’t stop by to let us know anything. Finally she came in and I asked what was going on as someone had said he needed more tests. She briefly explained that we needed a ct scan. After another hour my husband was taken for his ct scan, then we waited for results. Finally, they came back and whoops the radiologists did the ct scan wrong (and because of kidney risks it can’t be done more than 1x in a 24 hours, so they couldn’t rule out the most serious condition they were trying to rule out) but suggested we come back tomorrow. Shameful. What on earth goes on on here? Go anywhere else.

Worst hospital ever!!! Please everyone stay away my grandmother was very neglected not treated fairly. She was not properly cared for at all. All the staff had excuses and someone misplaced or stole her clothing, shoes, whole pocketbook and glasses. It wasn’t invested properly just pushed to the side and no one did their best to retrieve her belongings. The director Jennifer Vessio downplayed the whole situation with her missing items and said she was never informed about the situation when she referred me and family to Norma. The case manager Ms. Watson was even no help. Nothing was resolved or retrieved. No one was held responsible and didn’t care at all. The worse experience ever and I hope no one else has to go through this!!
