Zerorez was great! They were able to come early and not take too long cleaning the carpets. The guy that helped us was knowledgeable about the cleaning and even showed us how much they were getting up. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Taylor called when he was on his way; arrived on time. Wore a mask per my request even though he was vaccinated & boosted. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful & an extremely hard worker. My rugs were filthy from our malamute. Stains I believed would never come out, did!! I am so thrilled. The rugs are damp but I don't expect they will need more than a few hours more to dry completely. I scheduled the appointment w/ Joseph. Like Taylor, he was professional, personable, and answered my many questions as if that was all he had to do that day. I will definitely use this company again!!

We hired Zerorez of Portland to clean the carpets in 2,000+ square foot three-story home. We live in a rental and the carpets were not very clean when we moved in. Zachary was our technician and he was absolutely amazing! He gave us multiple options in terms of cleaning, deep cleaning, treatments etc. We have a dog, cat and a puppy. All of the above have left their marks. We also had petroleum stains (grease/oil), blood and every bodily fluid from pets imaginable. Sorry to be gross and explicit folks. No offense intended. Zachary got everything up including stains we have worked on for months. Very professional and top notch. Totally transparent and good business. No surprises and no gotchas. The technician (Zachary) was able (somehow) to identify all the variety of pet stains, grease/oil, bleach stains accurately. Carpets are crazy clean and uber soft again. Better than when we moved in by far! Highly recommended!
