Bob was AMAZINF! Our suspension snapped while on the highway and we ended up at this Honda location. We were incredibly stressed about making a wedding on time but thanks to Bob and his team, everything worked out OK. Really appreciate the help and looking forward to returning in the future!

If you're looking to get service done, whether or not you need an appointment will be determined by the type of service you need performed; for instance, something simple like an oil change does not require an appointment, but we may have to schedule an appointment for more involved repair work. If you're looking to test drive a vehicle, you don't need an appointment, although if you do call ahead we can make sure we have the vehicle you want in stock and prepped/waiting for you upon your arrival; otherwise, you're welcome to simply walk on in. Am not a tech but maybe I can help you is it aftermarket or factory one. Sometimes its the battery and may need to be replace. If that don't work you need to call the used car dealership and ask to speak with the manager Joe or tommy tell them your problem and the your not please with it. They will help you out for sure.
