The Hammel was a great place to live after we sold our home in New Rochelle and planning to move out of state. Very convenient downtown, walk to lots of restaurants, to the high ways and the train station too. The buildings are well maintained and the parking lot and building are secure. The apartment was spacious and our dog was happy there, lots of places to walk and a lot of dogs in the neighborhood

I lived at the Hammel for 2 years. It was truly a wonderful experience. First, and foremost the Owners and management staff was "Top Notch " always accommodating, professional, and friendly! Also, I'm a sticker for cleanliness. The property was always well kept. It was my extreme pleasure living there. My wife and I are relocating---- that is why we are leaving this treasured community. May God's Blessings continue to shine on "The Hammel" !

Clean Building, Spacious Apartments, And Everything Was Always Well Maintained. Pet Friendly. Cool Amenities. I Will Miss This Place. It Helped Me Grow, And Allowed Me To Think More Freely. I Am An Upcoming Lyricist, And I Come From The Bronx. The Change Of Atmosphere Is Just What I Needed To Recharge My Journey. Thank You For Making This A Seamless Process From Beginning To End.
