I been living here now for 3years and I like it the grounds are kept clean it's mostly quiet for the most part! The garbage area needs some type of resolution to where the tenants are not putting the trash into the trash compactor and it's everywhere by Monday morning! But they try their best. Josh is cool and when I pop up he knows me by' name💁‍♀️when I put in a work order it's taken care of right away and I appreciate that Not fond of the carpet but I'll live 🥰 Overall I like the place!

We enjoy living at Oakwood. The apartment we rent was renovated before we moved in with nice finishes. The Leasing Manager Josh is super attentive and professional. The work orders that we have needed are small issues and were taken care of same day. The community has a nice pool and fitness center which we enjoy. We have never had an issue finding parking close to our unit. But you can reserve a spot for only around $30 a month if you want a specific spot which seems reasonable to me. The buildings and grounds are well kept and maintained. I would recommend renting here for sure!

We are enjoying living here at Oakwood. The staff is efficient, friendly, and courteous! Our apartment is very nice and the rent is reasonable. We've only had one maintenance problem and Josh, the property manager took care of it within 24 hours! I like that there are no breeze ways so we don't have a lot of people congregating outside of our apartment! This was a problem at the last complex where we lived! We don't have a problem with parking. and our upstairs neighbors are very nice. I enjoy working out at the fitness center and the pool is nice too.
