Now that I received most of my deposit back….. Go anywhere else but here. Applied, uploaded all info that was asked for. Was approved and told a leasing consultant would touch base with me soon. It took 4 days and me emailing and calling them for them to then tell me they needed the same info they already had in the application sent over in PDF format. Now it’s 2 people barely communicating with me and it takes HOURS and DAYS between responses. They then tell me (after making me pay $1000 deposit, getting utilities set up, etc) that I wasn’t approved for the apartment although the email I got clearly states I was. They said it was only for background and credit and at 1pm told me they needed ADDITIONAL documentation by 5pm or my application was denied. An application I was told I was already approved on. I went there several times, called multiple times and sent many emails. They only answer when you call from a different number. They’re very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. They lack communication with potential tenants and with one another. The communication they do have with you is very deceitful. If you’re looking for a place, speak with Stephanie at Oakwood on 15th. She’s been amazing thus far!

Literally NO ONE ANSWERS the office phone. It is extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone, or even to call me back. I had to call the OTHER apartment complex to speak to someone. But now neither offices are answering. Make this make sense please.
