Will Moran was a terrible mortgage broker. From start to finish, he was inconsistent with numbers, communication and giving information and answering VERY important questions. He sprung a 20% increase in “closing costs” and had no explanation as to why or when these numbers jumped so high. When you’re dealing with clients money, you’d expect someone who is better with the handling of dollar amounts and upfront communication, along with taking accountability for wrongdoing or mistakes.
