Sage on Palmer ranch apartments is 100% a 5 star luxury style community. I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed my apartment home and the community's amenities. My favorite things about stage are the friendly staff, they make you feel so welcome and are always there for you like family if you need anything. I wake up at 6am for work and love staring at the sunrise shining onto the stunning community. I love taking my son for walks around the property to just be able to take in the beautiful scenery and my friendly neighbors. We love the pool area setting with not just 1, but 2 pools AND a hot tub? With an outdoor kitchen area and grills for an enjoyable summertime day with friends and family. Can’t beat this experience ! I highly recommend living at Sage. It has many things to offer and it’s not just somewhere to live, it’s a HOME.

Update: Parking is absolutely horrendous in the back part of the complex. If you work 2nd shift or choose to go out at night for dinner, good luck finding parking when you get back. Apparently the complex expects you to park in the front of the complex and walk a mile to your building at 11pm. Original comment: The apartment and grounds are beautiful. Very quiet area being located next to a nature preserve. The amenities are great (with the exception of them removing the hammocks at the beach area). It is very pricey, but that's the market here in Sarasota right now which is unfortunate. For a property that is newly built, the construction is poor. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and you hear absolutely everything above you from dogs barking, little kids running, and even the water running down the pipes from a toilet flushing. I've lived in apartments for the last 15 years and have never heard so much noise from above.
