We've been here a few years and I can honestly say I've seen this property flourish under Jason's care. The rates are very reasonable and the neighbors are friendly without being intrusive. The staff is also friendly and competent. You'll often see them on the grounds and taking care of things personally. Any concerns are met promptly and professionally. The maintenence staff are clean and prompt. From Jason (manager) right down to the monthly pest control provider (very cool guy!), you'll find it a pleasure rather than a frustration. Jason is really attentive to the residents and will get you by name. He really listens to you and knows his job well. Keep up the great work!
