I have lived here for over 8 years and absolutely have loved it! Cindy in the office is so great! Rick in Maintenance is always on point, courteous and professional. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Great place to call home.

It is beautiful with lots of trees and plants , but no covered parking unless you request a garage. The apartment layout is great , but some have old carpet and out dated appliances. It’s quite so not a lot of noise not even from the road. There is no on site security, camera or gated , unfortunately my cars have been hit twice and cost me a lot money to repair. The maintenance is amazing any issue they are on it fast and make it as easy as possible on the residents. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions.

I've lived here 5 years now, The grounds are quiet, peaceful and very beautiful Unfortunately, the quality inside the apartments is very disappointing. As each year the rent goes up there’s no AC cleaning very dusty and moldy, old carpet, out dated appliances Parking sucks no assigned parking so you’ll rarely come home after working long hours and fighting traffic to a parking space near your residence ever.

Over the years, McIntosh has been a wonderful place to live. Walking out onto the property's lakes and seeing the variety of trees makes it truly feel like a park setting, the managers have been top notch, and the maintenance is always fast and thorough. This place is wonderful.
