Nice but very crowded. Jammed together parking for guests. I mean just no personal space whatsoever is the thought that comes to mind as I'm writing this. And the sign says "CD from the $300's" ??? Are you kidding me? For what?? To live on top of my neighbors... literally. And have one one each side of me holding up a piece of paper to block their selves.... NO THANK YOU. IM GOOD🙅🤦🙇

For the price cannot complain at all. Property is clean and well maintained. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Management is constantly walking grounds to make improvements. Just had buildings cleaned and asphalt done and they both look great.

I'm currently living here and the only good thing i can say about this place is that it has a decent open floor plan for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Cons would be the loud, inconsiderate, obnoxious upstairs neighbors, dirty grounds, courtesy to the dirty people who live here. Also I've lived here for about 4 months and my rent has increased twice. If you are ok with these things then this is the place for you.

There are hookups if you want to bring your own washer and gas dryer, but you can also rent them from the office if you want to.
Depends on current average income for the area since the rent does increase or decrease based on average. Currently a 1/1 is $740, but may change. You can check current rent at https://www.myuniversityclub.com/floorplans.aspx
Prices vary based on individual use, such as how much laundry one does and how long the shower is in use daily, but most individuals see water bills close to $50 in a 1br apartment, electricity can vary from $20-120 dependent on weather and appliance use, gas can range from $30-60
There is currently a waiting list for all units. No guarantee on how long it'll be before units open up, but you are welcome to go to the office and add yourself to the waiting list.
Grocery stores include Wal-Mart, Publix, Detweiler's, and Target. Overall, University Club is minutes away from the greater University Town Center area. Additionally, within a 30 minute drive, one can find most stores in fair distance.
