My daughter moved in a few months ago and we are both so happy with The Loop. The apartment is clean, spacious and quiet. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was so helpful and attentive, especially Donna, who went above and beyond helping us with the move in, making the process so easy. I highly recommend The Loop to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I have been living at the Loop for few months now and I can confidently say it is the nicest place I have ever lived. The amenities are beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful (especially, Donna at the front desk), and the apartment is beautifully designed and maintained. If you are looking for a place to live in Sarasota this is the one.

Loved it here when it was The Oasis. Haven’t been happy with the new owners at all. Their newest idea was to change garbage companies (never had an issue with the old) But they gave us these ugly garbage cans and said we have to keep them in our apartment (even though we already have a nice garbage can) so now when they don’t come for 2 days they told us to put our garbage on our lanai. Great! Now the roach problem will start again!

Recently moved into the loop and I have to say the property is very beautiful and definitely gives you a resort feel . The staff was very pleasant in the leasing process , to be specific ms Ty Byrd who was an absolute angel , she answer all of my questions and emails no matter how big or small the concern and still manage to keep that position attitude and infectious smile.5 stars for overall experience so far 🙌🏾🙏🏾
