I lived at rolling Greens for over 2 years I would never live there again and this is my first apartment ever they made it such a bad experience they're ripoffs they say it's affordable what a joke their apartments are run down stuff was falling apart they want to charge us $2,000 after we move out and all our rent was paid this place is nothing but a rip off do not rent for these people all they would do is take your money and try to rip you off

They never pick up the phone and i live here now have been for a year nice place and space but down fall i see kids run into the road and the parents aren't around and we almost hit one because it ran infront of our car and we stopped on time and a parent was finally found and she made him get out of the road and also never parking and you have to pay for parking and i always hear aruging dont move here not worth the price.

The rental office is ok. The kids that play outside are nasty. They bully and taunt and tell your kids they hope they(your kids) die. I’ve never seen anything like it. Don’t move here if that’s what you want your kids to hear daily. And the parents are nowhere around or make excuses for their behavior. I will update if things change.

Really nice apartments. We moved in three years ago when the apartments were first built. Great management. The problem with this place? The other tenants and their children. Bullying was a huge problem here. The tenants did not control their children what so ever. Kids wold go racing through the halls at night screaming and shouting. Other than the terrible neighbors this place is pretty nice for the price.

No and they'll smile in your face and act as if you're qualified and take your money gladly. And up until the last min just before telling you you can get your keys they will tell you it's up to someone else and not them. Beware. You're better off coming up to bradenton and finding a duplex something privately owned...
Not sure about seasonal renting. Pets are allowed however there is a pet deposit ree of 400 dollars and a monthly few which formour little 8 pound Pomeranian was 50$ a month, prices vary on which apartment you plan on renting and apartments dont come furnished. Hope this answers some of your questions.
