DO NOT BANK HERE !!! They are a joke, always locking me out of my account, charging me like $150 all the time for nsf fees that I never approved, refuse to fix the issues, won’t help me on the phones, delayed transactions, just all around a horrible experience since day one. Like 4 years ago .

I'm on the fence with this company I've been a customer for over 4 years never had a problem until this year maybe systems changed definitely new faces but not welcoming feelings making transactions in my account without even contacting me and notifying me and then the manager was supposed to give me a call I had to call them back and it was like "oh well."...🤦🏾🤷🏽smh

Hey Christopher! All Ascend locations will be closed on January 1st, but will reopen on the 2nd with normal business hours. Online banking is always available if you need anything. We hope this helps answer your question!
