I just bought all the appliances for my new house here and it was a wonderful shopping experience. The salesman was amazingly knowledgeable of the features and differences in all the models, honest and thoughtful in his recommendations, and very friendly. I bought a mix of new and used, and their price match is excellent and fast. I also bought two other major appliances here in the last year and everything has been top notch. The open box deals and dings and dents values are spectacular. I highly recommend visiting here first for any major appliance appointments. Even if you end up buying new, they will still get you the best price on everything. Parking is plentiful, getting here is easy , and the store is spacious and clean.

After having to replace a broken refrigerator on extremely short notice, we were scrambling to find the right options for us. The staff at this store, especially Janaya, are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She was an absolute joy to work with and made an already easy shopping experience better. Kudos to the EE outlet store and team. Also, she was fantastic at keeping our toddler entertained while we went through our options. Thanks again Janaya.

Caveat emptor. Writing this review because I wish I had known a few things before I made a major purchase. First, the positive. Huge selection and some good deals. Very friendly staff. Negative. Do your due diligence before purchasing a major appliance from this "open box" location. They do not disclose the item's history and if it was refurbished. Get the serial number and check with the manufacturer for the item's history before you make a purchase. Also, they don't deliver their open box items. They direct you to a third party service, who is related to the company's owners, if you can't do it yourself. He is great and super friendly. But, if you get your major appliance home and find out something is wrong, it's on your dime to get it back to them unless you want to instead purchase something new from them (which they do deliver) and you can negotiate a free delivery and pickup for your trouble. This delivery situation can easily add up to several hundred dollars. Finally, if your item is used, your warranty might not be as long as advertised. The clock may start ticking on the date the prior owner registered it. Again this is not disclosed when you buy it. That being said, there are some great deals but do your homework before making a major purchase.
