Set up an appointment 3 days in advance to have a tire repaired. Showed up 15 minutes early dropped it off Service advisor said an hour and a half to get it repaired 5 1/2 hours later still waiting!

I understand the lack of help but maybe not book so many appointments. This sweet edlery couple has been in here waiting ovee 4 hours on 2 tires. And they've been given zero information on anything. I've been waiting 3 on an oil change. Customer service here is awful. It's terribly sad to treat people this way. I feel extremely bad for them.

Got in the same day I called for 4 new Michelin tires. Competitive price, friendly staff, and squeezed me in a last minute oil change too! Overall great experience!

Had a bubble in my tire while on a road trip and couldn't drive home safely. Walked into to buy a tire and was greeted with "we are slammed right now". The entire process felt more like they were doing me a favor than it felt like a paying customer. Even better, I got home and realized they didn't put my center wheel cap back on. Truly no reason to ever go to a Pep Boys again. Find someone else who cares.
