I recently returned from Ireland on vacation. Before I left on vacation I ordered the April backpack to go with Rachel tennis shoes I got for my birthday. I am a senior citizen with a bunion on one foot. The Rachel tennis shoes feels like it was just made for me. I have a terrible time fine shoes that don’t hurt my feet. I was able to walk to O’Brien’s Castle at the Cliffs of Mohr and that’s a long walk without any pain at all. The April backpack was perfect to carry all my essentials without weighing me down. I love what Abel stands and especially the shoes and leather bags and backpack. Please keep making the Rachel! I love the taffy color.

So I’ll start with saying I had received a gift from Able and I loved the quality and when I looked them up I also loved the mission. So I finally decided to order a gift for a good friends birthday. Boy was that a mistake. It has now been over a month and I have never received my order and I have been charged. I never even got a confirmation email or order shipped email. I have reached out to their “support” email numerous times and at first it took a weeks to get a reply and then once I got someone she sent me an order number that didn’t exist in the order lookup system and a tracking number that was to a different state. After going back to them she then sends me another tracking number that says delivered, but it is absolutely no where to be found. So she told me she would ship another at the highest priority shipping and sends a different order number (that guess what doesn’t pull up that it exists in order lookup) but I was like okay great I’ll for sure get it this time. All I asked if she could please just send me tracking for this new shipment. It’s been 2 weeks again. No tracking number, no order has showed up and no responses. At this point I just want a refund as this was a gift that was just a complete fail. Angry because I had very high hopes and thought my friend would love the gift. All in all I just wouldn’t trust that you will ever get your order. Read a few other reviews on here with order fulfillment issues. It’s disappointing and I do understand that not everyone has this issue, but I won’t be bothering to shop here again or recommend it if I never end up getting this order or just a refund.

Love Love Love this shop. Discovered Abel online and was happy to hear they had a local boutique in Nashville. Decided to stop by to mainly just get an idea of what my size was so I could order online in the future. The staff was so awesome. Super kind and willing to help. Bought a great leather jacket and a couple of dresses. Will definitely be back!! Cant say enough great things about this place!!
