Your health is a priority with this JPS Health Center. A change in health insurance caused a change in providers a couple of years ago. As disappointing as this was, I’m thankful to have the opportunity to have my health care needs addressed by Dr. Sayeed and her team once again. From day one Dr. Sayeed has offered gentle, personalized & caring service. It has been two years since I’ve been a patient but it was as if no time had passed. Dr. Sayeed truly cares about her patients. Her attention to detail, knowledge, care and concern for her patients is admirable. Your healthcare needs and expectations will be exceeded under the care of Dr. Sayeed. The wait time was short around 7am, the check-in experience was pleasant. Everyone entering the clinic is required to wear a mask. They open as early as 6:30am Monday - Friday. The earlier the appointment the shorter the wait I suppose. A variety of services are offered at this facility to include Dental, Eye, Lab, Mammography, X-Ray, Ultrasound and the clinics of course. Parking is plentiful as JPS is situated in the Cooper Street Commons shopping center. Exceptional service is always welcomed and appreciated🤩

I take my children here and have no Complaints. Wait time is not long and doctors are fantastic

I had a scheduled appointment today. The wait time wasn't very long. The doctor was very slow coming into the room and she was very rude. She made a very rude comment about me being a big person. When she said it, I was like did she really say that? I'm like that was very rude and I don't appreciate and I will not come back and see her. I will ask for another doctor. The assistant was in the room as well and she heard what she had said. I will be filing a complaint against this doctor. If she said that, it's no telling what else she says about after my visit. I'm sure she talks about other patients as well. Very rude and unprofessional!

I believe most of this was act of ageism of my age, discrimination due to my age being 21, I believe if I had an older adult with me my experience would have been different. I have been going to doctors appointments alone for years now and If i could possibly give a doctors office 0 stars this is the place that would deserve it the most. I was not treated like a patient from the first time I was helped here, not only was my BIRTHDAY, ADDRESS, vaccine information, referrals and much more inputted incorrectly. My insurance was never put into their system despite giving the front desk my insurance information. I was also not treated as a patient by the CNA and Doctor, where the CNA didn't correct any wrong information or even bother to check if anything was correct, he also tried to send me out of my appointment without any of my end of visit paperwork, and I had to show him a image of my friends and his response was "I know what you're talking about" with an attitude however it took me asking three or more times and proving I know what I should be leaving with for him to even take the time to try and print it. The doctor also did not even have any idea of why I came in, despite already going over that information, and could not grasp the idea of SEASONAL DEPRESSION, even after giving different explanations of it three times- and instead of reading the questions to me about mental health turned her computer to me and said "read me the questions and say yes or no" completely against protocol at a doctors office. The doctor also did not speak to me about why she was sending blood tests for me , and when asked about the costs could not elaborate. The doctor also when asked about the differences between birth control which I was already on, and an IUD did not elaborate or explain anything, but rather sent a referral for "supervision of contraceptive pills" which is incorrect as she already sent my previous pill prescription in. The doctor also put information wrong that she asked me, for example: she asked me if I drank alcohol, and when I said yes, she put zero alcohol consumed in my file. Not only that but when I called the call center the next day a woman told me my bad experience was partly my fault for not asking the doctor to do her job properly, and said " I should have asked her to read the questions to you" as if I was responsible for the doctors lack of following protocol. I requested a call come to me from the manager, which did not come until the Tuesday after, 2 business days later, where I told him everything that was wrong and was apologized to however an apology is not what needs to be done, there needs to be disciplinary action. I then came in on the Tuesday after my phone call to go to through everything that was wrong and he sent urgency for my behavioral health referral, where the next day I was given a call stating I do not qualify for therapy because Im not apart of some program called JPS connect, which the manager should have known and have let me be aware of. To this day I have not been told what JPS connect is and/or how to apply. I have called since that Wednesday to speak to a manager and I have still not received a call back, and it is Monday, four business days later.
