I’ve never left a review for a store before and i feel like such a karen, but this one associate named Justin was so rude for no reason. I had asked for a price on a wallet that was on a rack with no sign and he didn’t hear me so he loudly said “what” and when i repeated my question he huffed and walked over to the wallet rack and told me the price as he walked away. He then rung me up and when i handed him the wallet, he snatched it out of my hand. He also quoted the wrong price for the wallet but I didn’t even want to question it, i just wanted it to be over with. He also tossed my items in the bag. i get it if he was having an awful day, but I just really wasn’t a fan of the attitude he displayed. sorry to leave a bad review, the other associate with him at the register seemed very nice and i’m sure the other associates are nice too, but Justin just needed to eat a snickers or something cus he did not seem like he wanted to be there and made me feel stupid for asking a simple question.

I walked into this location (carrying a Micheal Kors Hamilton bag, btw) and there were 4 or 5 associates talking behind the desk. No one said a word to me, but as soon as I started looking at bags on the wall and took one down an associate came and started watching me while pretending to straighten up wallets. I could see her watching me in the wall mirror ansld literally picking up wallwts and putting them right back down. My fiancé came in the store and observed the same thing and told me that we were leaving. On the way out, we did advise the associate that we weren't stealing anything and I alsoenrioned that I wasn't greeted and I don't spend my money wherein not treated respectfully. They lost a sale today and a customer forever.
