What an incompetent company. They make up there own rules as they go. Please hire people that aren’t just plain stupid.

Friendly staff, fast and efficient service. All of the ladies were respectful, attentive and professional. I highly recommend this Labcorp location! A+ from start to finish!

I made my appointment online with no problems. I showed up and signed in at the Ipad and was immediately received by staff and sent in with no wait. Everything was done professionally with no bruising on my arm after I was done. They staff was kind as well on the way out.

My 2 year old son had to have bloodwork done for the first time. (I normally would have brought him to the brick location because I love the staff there and I knew we wouldn’t have had any problems)but unfortunately they are temporarily closed. I live 3 minutes from the neptune location so I came here with my son, the woman behind the desk was so rude to everyone there not just me. If you can imagine- 2 year olds are very impatient so I politely asked about how long the wait would be - she rudely says I can go sit in my car and that was it. An elderly man arrived 30 minutes after us but was seen before us including multiple other people too. Not sure why anyone would make a BABY wait longer than adults?????? NOW let’s finally get to him having the bloodwork done- both ladies were awful. The woman LISA (thanks rude lady behind the counter for yelling her name to me) held my sons arm so hard that over 30 minutes after he was done he STILL has finger marks on his wrist from this woman, he still can barely move his wrist that I’m getting concerned she could have fractured it or even worse and broke it. (It Was impossible trying to get a picture but you can still see it the finger marks) I 100% understand that toddlers sometimes need to be restrained and held down- but when my son is SCREAMING owwwww because of how hard she’s squeezing his hand and not because of the needle in his arm then that is a very big problem. They both immediately walked out of the room and say to each other, “wow I need a drink after this” while my poor son is sitting there screaming and crying on the top of his lungs because he is in SO MUCH PAIN. If a crying baby in pain because of something YOU did makes you need a drink after work then you ladies chose the wrong career path and Labcorp should have people who actually care about the people coming in. You have a sign on your door that says “some heroes wear lab coats” — you ladies, are the FARTHEST thing from any sort of hero and I hope you are aware of that. - sincerely a very very very upset and angry mother

No. Walk-ins are accepted. They take you in by the order of your arrival and signing in the computer. Appointments are priority but I will say I’ve gone as a walk-in, signed in and been taken before appointments before. This is at the Neptune,NJ location on route 33.
