I have been a patient of Certified Dermatology for a lot of years. Over 10, at least . I can tell you that reading the negative reviews which were left in the review section of Google are from those which must be very negative, in general. Comments such as not professional, rude, are totally false, I have never had a single issue in any way at Certified Dermatology. In fact, the person who complained about a fee not being returned, is simply taking out some sort of frustration. I once had a few hundred dollar credit and each time I went to the office for service, the credit was used to pay for the office visit. As far as professionalism, Certified Dermatology is a very highly professional organization. There are many offices in many locations, and I have been to 3 branches, specifically to ensure I see the same, amazing Harvard Med School Doctor, who is my doctor there. I can tell you that, after having gone there for so many years, that the office working people, the physicians assistants, people at the front desk are the most helpful of all doctor's offices I have been. I have experienced several major issues over a period of time, going back 10 years ago, Every issue has been solved of mine, and I go in for maintenance. There have been a few serious complications, and my Doctor at Certified Dermatology is Dr. Melissa Dixon. Her education is from Harvard Medical School. If not for her, regarding these issues, I do not know what I would have done. I have had other doctors work on me, however, only when my doctor is on vacation, and I want to mention that all the doctors there are top echelon doctors. Dr. Dixon is my doctor of choice. The doctor which handles the laser equipment for all those types of needs, Dr. Saif, is outstanding, not only in the field of dermatology, she is also the expert in laser treatment, and is very professional, and the doctors at this company all care about their patients and pay special attention to the needs of every person that is treated in every office. there are various locations on the east coast. I have been treated for many years by the doctors at Certified Dermatology and I very strongly recommend that you make the very important decision to visit them for all and every dermatology need, plus, for your cosmetic needs, as well. I have never been more delighted with every experience I have had in all of my years as their patient. Make the appointment, give them a try, I believe that you will be so gratified and satisfied with your first visit that you will remain a patient of theirs for years to come. Thank you for reading

The doctor came in and sat down at the computer with her back to us the entire time. She never did an examination or looked at my son's eczema. She ordered cream. I could not believe she did not look at his skin or make eye contact withus. . Ca

TERRIBLE! Do not go, not worth your time. I was there for less then 10 mins! The doctor was not helpful at all and did not seem caring at all, seemed she was in a rush.

Confirmed appointment via text. Received text reminders, arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and door was locked. Called to see what was up and was told I was called and texted that morning that appointments were cancelled for the day but neither were received. Hello its 2022 we can see call logs and text messages. If we didnt get them, it didn’t happen

Questions & Answers

I'm concerned that I may have a possible skin infestation and I wanted to know if this is a issue for a dermatologist. Do they deal with such things as mites?

Not to make an appointment, however, if your insurance requires a referral, you would need to obtain and have your PCP send via navinet prior to your appointment date.
