Can you easily access the ocean?
In the water. Fish are usually swimming. Some eat other fish so bait is good. Like little fish. You take a stick and tie string on it and buy a hook and put the bait on and then boom you're fishing. Bobbers are good. They help so I can not hold the stick. If I fish bites the bobber goes down.

Summer slip at 25 is ~ 90/ft for the season (in water). Not sure what land storage and ramp launch costs for season. Winter storage about 30/ft
