I purchased a 300$ portable air conditioner ironically it stopped working two days past the return date. Just 17 days after purchase. Best buy needs to extend the return policy to 30 days this is unacceptable they are selling broken appliances

This review is not about the store staff. I ordered appliances at Northgate store recently, but the delivery team is awful and sucks. Two delivery ppl eventually arrived but then rescheduled the delivery. If they have the right to refuse to do their job, I have the right to get my purchase. They can't provide service, so they shouldn't be hired. The delivery was delayed a couple of hours, Best Buy didn't give me updates. I called them a bunch of times, but the phone calls was disconnected and nobody called me back although representatives always asked you the call back number when they answered the phone call. I want to be a loyal customer and purchased different things at a few Best Buy stores in the past years, but Best Buy's service is seldom satisfying. I will close my best buy credit card account and never purchase anything from them.

This is a technophiles home away from home. Literally everything gadget, gizmo, screen and computer, under one giant roof. The employees here are knowledgeable and very helpful. They take time to answer questions and aren't pushy on sales. I recommend the TotalTech membership. It saves you a ton of money when you but several items a year or more. I source here for both my home and business needs because of the price points, inventory and helpful staff. 9 times out of ten, they have what I'm looking for, cheaper than online.

I would select another store location if it all possible when using same-day delivery. I ordered a TV and a soundbar online to set up in my office. Free same-day shipping was one of the main reasons I was placing the order at this time through this Bestbuy. Delivery was outsourced to Roadie, which I've had no issue with the last time they were used. I received all the notices that everything was going along as anticipated. That is until I received the notice that my order was delivered. There was a promotion that echo dot was included, free of charge. Nothing I was in a particular hurry to receive. I went outside to collect items and could clearly see the TV was missing. It was only the soundbar and echo dot. I reviewed the notices and text messages from both Bestbuy AND Roadie and they clearly marked both the TV and the soundbar were delivered. I checked the delivery email confirmations and found that their system listed both TV and soundbar as delivered but echo dot wasn't scheduled to ship for a week. I first contacted Bestbuy and could not reach anyone at that particular store. It was a national call center. I was given the run around that their system was not updated yet and that item was still on its way. Clearly a method the call center person uses to end the call quickly. "Yeah, just wait until tomorrow" ...great response. Even after I pointed out that I received an email from Bestbuy confirming delivered, but hey what do I know. I then contacted Roadie and was told by the driver that only two items were given because that's the number that was listed on the shipping order. She said the TV was there but they wouldn't let her take it. So I received the echo dot over my new TV. I reached out to Bestbuy a second time via phone and this time was connected to an intelligent human that was there to fix things. She could see it was still at the store but was too late to do anything about it now. It would be sent out next day. The Lynnwood Bestbuy has ruined what was supposed to be a happy feeling and tainted this whole purchase. Makes me more inclined to use Amazon the next time.
