Customer service is absolutely horrible! Covering personal for the night Anqie was absolutely rude and was refusing to sell me apply sider cuz my wife left her ID in the Car. And I was showing mine.

It's your basic grocery store, decent selection. It is sometimes hard to get help at the bakery and or deli counters, but otherwise I've had fairly good experiences with the front end staff and checkers. The pharmacy has a good friendly staff as well.

The Safeway on Mukilteo Speedway is relatively new. They took over this space which was formerly Albertsons. It was my first time to visit and I was really impressed! A beautiful layout, easy to navigate, an impressive selection of produce and groceries, organic and conventional, specialty meats and cheeses, beautiful fresh fish, a good wine aisle, a pharmacy… The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars - I went in specifically for Boursin cheese. It’s hard to find but someone told me Safeway had it. Not this one. But I found all of the other items on my list. The cashier and other employees I interacted with were knowledgeable and courteous. It was a good experience and I’ll go back.

I orderd a custom cake from the bakery more then a week out. Called a few days out to make sure everything was OK. No one answered. So I went in. The lady was very rude and told me it was fine and refused to look. I went in today and they didn't have my order. We had to pick out whatever they had made and my son didn't get the cake he'd been looking forward to all week. The lady that helped me today was nice but I'm very angry that I went out of my way to make sure everything was good and still didn't manage to get what I ordered.
