Short staffed understandable. Feel bad for them they work hard. But at the same time there are ppl who schedule appointments. Ppl with scheduled appointments should be first priority. But thanks for being very nice and very quick with service as best as you guys can be

Don't even bother getting on a standby list they never even make eye contact with you or even try to see what you need you have to go through the door just to wave somebody down there's no longer a desk at the front just a screen. You are treated like some sort of criminal if you ask an approximate time. I waited 2hrs. Brunette lady there was rude to me on top of that. Skip this location all together. They seem to "favor" the patients they know by name. You'll get ignored

Debra is such a PHENOMENAL phlebotomist! She’s always so friendly and personable, and does such a great job distracting me with conversation that I don’t ever feel any pain or discomfort! Both times I’ve come here I’ve had her and she got me right in and out both times! Good find! You guys better hold on to her, good phlebotomist are hard to come by 😃

I miss talking with a human being for many, many situations. Businesses don't care how much of our time they waste with recordings not even pertaining to us just so they can save a dime. On the flip side, Quest does make it easy to schedule online but I just tried changing an appointment my doctor's office made without my knowledge and it was impossible by phone or online.
Call the main number and press the appropriate key. They are very helpful and will let you reschedule your appointment God bless you and have a happy new year!
