I can't say enough about how awesome CitySide is! Perfect downtown Sarasota location, everything is always so clean and every single person on staff is super nice, friendly and professional. The building is quiet, the amenities are so convenient (my bike thanks you for the bike room too!), Saturday brunch events are awesome, and the gourmet coffee machine keeps me caffeinated! Unless work moves me out of Sarasota, I'm definitely not looking for anywhere else to live. Thank you CitySiders!

Living at CitySide has been a delightful experience. So grateful to live here and call it my home. The staff is incredible ! They are always willing to help with a smile on their faces. :) They plan a lot of fun and interesting events for us to participate to better get to know our neighbors and learn more about our beautiful town. The building and property are kept meticulous. The downtown location makes it a jiffy to walk to near by cafes, restaurants, galleries and theater.... what can I say it's a dreamy place to live!!!

Cityside is a rare gem in downtown Sarasota. We are in walking distance of Whole Foods, Publix, Selby Library and great restaurants on Main Street. The amenities are awesome- Yoga with Erika, Golf membership at University Park CC, complimentary Saturday breakfast and super fun community events. The always smiling staff at Cityside has made me feel so at home!

We love living at CitySide Apartments. We moved here one year ago. The facilities, amenities and activities are all first class. The entire staff is personable, helpful and professional. This was a great decision on our part and we have renewed for another year. We strongly recommend moving here!

I believe the only apartments that are furnished are the ones they rent as guests suites for resident's visitors.
Consider this the studios start at 1200-1300 last I knew. They do have over a year waiting list before we moved in March of this year.
Mine wasn't furnished, and it didn't a have ceiling fan or light kit in the small one bedroom, so I bought one from Cityside for 180$. When I moved out I couldn't take it with me. So it's a rip off.
About 1400-1600 a month plus utilties and services. At least last I checked. We pay 1200 for a studio.
