Thats wild the price increase... I used to pay $1015 for the 3 bedroom before it was renovated and still called the Farrington.. granted I'm sure they "look" a lot better now and have a gate up front.
Yes there are 3 bedroom with 2 bath. I think if they are renovated they are 1700
