It's a nice complex. My sister lives in a two-bedroom nice size bedrooms. Nice kitchen little small but efficient. Washer and dryer hookup. And most of all Walmarts right across the street and a few other amenities that you might like. Price wise no higher than any other apartment complex you might check out.

this is my first apartment so i dont have much experience in this, but, from my experience here, this place is super nice. Valen was super nice and very helpful. very nice apartment and other amenities. i actually feel safe here.

This is a beautiful complex, the apartments are really nice and quiet. We lived here for over a year and had no issues. The office staff is very nice and always willing to help. Maintenance is prompt and also very nice guys. Very well kept community, would definitely recommend.

We have lived here for a little over a month and cannot say enough how much we love it here! Every e is so nice and accommodating. From the front staff always answering my many questions to the maintenance team quickly coming to the rescue. This is the nicest and most friendly apartment complex we have lived at.

Rant varies on floor plan. Utilities INCLUDED in your rent : 1- Cable TV ( You get up to 150 channels, 2 High Def boxes and 2 remotes. Yes there's restrictions, no pits or doberman bull dog boxer . Basically only smaller ones . Worst thing is the place is a roach motel. Been there 10 months and had a horrible roach infestation the entire time. Moving early as they have only come out once to get rid of them and whatever they use did not work at all. Trust me there's much better places out there this place not worth the money
Thats wild the price increase... I used to pay $1015 for the 3 bedroom before it was renovated and still called the Farrington.. granted I'm sure they "look" a lot better now and have a gate up front.
