Moved to Clearwater from Maine to be closer to MIL, stayed with her until we could find a place after looking at probably 20 other rentals private as well as in complexes we found The Pointe .... Thank you Jesus. From the very first phone call our experience was pleasant, the viewing, signing lease, moving in ect. We love our Ap,t,our screened in porch, the new renovations to the buildings as well as the pool area . It is very quiet here as well !!! Thank you to The Pointe for giving us the opportunity to have a place of our own to call home 🏠.

Just moved out the price of these apartments increased dramatically. Yet the mold issue is surreal. My two kids both toddlers developed terrible sinus and breathing issues. Units need to be gutted down to the frame and the mold issues need to be handled properly not just painted over. Not worth $1800-$2000 that is a joke. Don't waste your time or money.

This place is terrible, I came into this apartment thinking it would be a great opportunity, but the inside the buildings are extremely moldy. The whole staff there is horrible, always having an attitude whenever you have an issue, good luck trying to get help. I asked for the ac to get looked at because it wasn't working correctly then they leave a note on the fuse box mentioning to leave ac fuse off and to keep windows open and the room will be at 74 degrees (the rooms at 84 degrees right now), its been about 3 days and they say it'll be fixed sometime next week now. Please Save your time and money.

Moved here 1 month ago. Rayetta is very helpful till date from the beginning onwards. Apartment is very decent with excellent price range. It's worth it. I've visited many other apartments which are too much pricey with minor enhancements like stainless steel utensils and refrigerator and they charge like $300 more than here which is not at all worth it. Maintenance department is very good with grass cut and I've never seen a single piece of trash near the apartments. They are pretty good with miscellaneous apartment works as well.
