Management is not compassionate. I have been living here for 5 years now, and have the worst upstairs neighbor. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful. I’ve sent multiple emails with complaints, as well as spoke with property management. I’ve even had to call law enforcement a couple of times. I understand the walls and floors are thin, but when it disrupts your peace of mind, then it’s a disturbance to the household. Apparently it is the girls first apartment with two young toddlers so there is constant banging, rattling of the ceilings and light fixtures, really loud thumps, and vibrations that have knocked down wall decor. I’ve tapped back twice a few times here and there and she bangs back even harder and louder. Completely defiant. Do not suggest this property at all for many bad reasons. Never thought I would end up in an uncomfortable situation like this. Update from my last post which was maybe a year ago or so: this place has been a home to me and my 5 year old since before he was born, and in the almost 6 years I have been here…I have never really had any issues until the neighbors above me. They are entitled and have no care about their community or the people in their community. I have seen them throw boxes of food right out by their car with chicken bones, rice, papers, plastic silverware and other trash multiple times. Constantly at that. They are beyond loud ( I’ll say it for the LAST time ; yes I know the floors and walls are thin ) but I have lived here for almost six years and NEVER have had to complain. I’ve been to management multiple times and nothing happens. Don’t move here because it’s full of hood rats and entitled, unappreciative people. All around.

I've been a resident here now for 7yrs and I want to compliment Jeanine and Susan for making this complex such a safe and clean place to live. I've witnessed many different managers come and go not a one has fought for us residents like they do! Thank you! . Also a huge thanks to maintenance for keeping the dumpsters looking good!! A big Shout-out to Pedro maintenance supervisor who takes good care of you n does a fantastic job fixing anything n everything in a timely manner!! If there's a problem he doesn't keep you hanging!! I can honestly say this management takes care of all my concerns 😁 🤗.

Can't say enough good things about Belleair Place! Jeanine and Susan are amazing people with exceptional customer service skills. The apartment i moved into was exceptionally clean and all around perfect. I can't thank these ladies enough for making this transition as smooth as possible. I am so grateful to call this place my home!

I wasn't going to write a review,however a review is what made me stop by. I love this place, its home for me and my kids. The only issue I had so far here is that a few months back my daughter was told to leave the pool area because she wasn't old enough, however my daughter is 18 & is a lease holder. Now she do look younger for her age but it was really more of the employee attitude, for nasty and unprofessional. I do understand safety however it could of been handle differently. Overall my apartment is nice, Ms. Donna is the best,sweet, loving person in the office. The grounds are kept very clean minus the trash compactor at times and not being able to choose your own cable company because Frontier is not good for the apartments being that its Fronteand Direct tv and some units can't get direct tv due to the fact that the building is in the wrong area.
