Had an amazing tour with Megan. On our tour, we were impressed with the upkeep of the community, new renovations, friendliness towards residents and full transparency of apartment information and details. The management made us not feel rushed and rather informed. The community is very pet friendly and has incredible views. Very happy we stopped by!

Bayside Arbors provided a pleasant experience from the second we walked into the leasing office. One of the Office Managers Lili could not have been more helpful and caring throughout the application process. She made everything easy and genuinely cared about finding us a home. She was also intentional about being completely transparent with every detail of the lease which built so much trust and comfort. Bayside Arbors displayed top notch hospitality at every level so I felt confident about choosing them and eventually being approved. I was assured that my experience would be amazing before stepping foot in the apartment.

This place felt like a hidden gem right from the start of our stay at Bayside Arbors. It’s quiet but still within walking distance of many stores, and the views & scenery are incredible! Very dog friendly, as well. I highly recommend this place 🥰

Bayside Arbors Clearwater FL is situated on beautiful resort like grounds with many amenities including 3 pools. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The maintenance crew is excellent. The whole staff is friendly,professional and always available. Especially Gracie, who treats you like a family member. Always very attentive to your requests and responds expeditiously. It is conveniently located to all venues. I consider this place a jewel among apartments.
