Yes, there is a large section right on the beach front for tents. No electricity but amazing views. Beautiful campground.
You can tent camp in the camper/rv sites and there are tent only sites that are practically on the beach with water as well. I believe there are also primative tent sites in the woods that you can walk to. I wouldn't recommend these in the summer. No electricity at these sites.
