Yes sure is, the camp site is open year around, but I would highly recommend reserving a few weeks or months ahead to insure you get the right spot you want as they do fill fast.
We were there a week ago. If you don't have a reservation, call ahead. The campground is great & the beach is wonderful! Put food in your vehicle at night or the friendly raccoon will rob you :-) He knows how to open totes and even peanut butter jars.
Yes they are open but a lot of the campsites that they used to have are washed into the sea and no longer available with very limited availability call ahead for reservations it is very expensive and worth every penny!
